After a very public spat with Chelsea’s ‘Special One’ Jose Mourinho, resulting in her being dropped from the team bench – Eva’s broken-hearted ex boyfriend has timely spilled the beans on his relationship with the sexy Chelsea physio.

Scorned ex (and possible THE poshest name known to man) Rupert Patterson-Ward claims that not only was the Gibraltar-born stunner a bit of a raging nymphomaniac – but she also supposed to have had a sexual affair with one of the Chelsea players.

Eva is a very sexual woman and not many people know the real her. She’s ruthless and gets whatever and whoever she wants. I was besotted with her and we were planning a family, but she chewed me up and spat me out.
