For those who don’t know, Martin McGuiness is a former IRA chief so clearly this sensitive, polarising subject caused a stir and the former Sunderland youth coach (35) who lost an uncle in The Bogside Massacre is now in communication with police regarding death threats made to himself.

Kelly has since stated that he is not political and that the matter had been blown out of proportion after a Facebook group called for the Northern Irishman’s p45. newly appointed Kelly has since deleted his Twitter account and is keeping a low profile online.
