Irish Paper Forced to Apologise After Epic Back Page Error
Irish newspaper The Herald were left red faced today after their back page story about the Lukaku signing featured a picture of UK rapper and Man U fan Stormzy. Granted the two look a little similar but the grime star took to Twitter to show just how pissed he was after the paddy paper cock up.
Quite how nobody at the paper realized that the photo of the rapper in his blue Man U tracksuit wasn’t indeed Lukaku himself left a lot of people scratching their heads and as you can imagine, the paper was hauled over the coals on social media as a result.
I don’t find none of this funny btw ♂️don’t wanna sound like the party pooper who missed the joke…

Following Stormzy’s outburst on Twitter, the paper was forced to come forward and apologise.
“Hands up, we got it badly wrong,” said editor Alan Steenson.
“Earlier, we made an error with a picture of Romelu Lukaku that wasn’t him. It was Stormzy.”
“To be honest, we are totally embarrassed and want to say sorry to all involved and our readers for the error. We will keep our eye on the ball in future.”
This is not the first time that the rapper has had to deal with questions of his similarities with the £75 million Man U signing, he was questioned about it on Sunday Brunch back in 2014 and admitted that it was a hard thing to deny, at least this time they realised the difference between the rapper and the striker.

The Belgian forward has just managed to do one over on his old club Chelsea after teasing them with a transfer before leaving them with blue balls and heading over to the red side of Manchester, news of which will no doubt have delighted the rapper who supports Man U, even if the announcement left him a bit miffed.
